OUR TEAM
MASSAGE THERAPISTS
In 2008, Karla became a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute in Illinois. She started her own private massage business as well as incorporating therapeutic massage to the wellness offerings at the retirement community.
Karla specializes in a variety of massage modalities including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, sports massage, joint mobilization/range of motion techniques, geriatric massage, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy, and Ashi-Thai.
Her philosophy is to provide the gift of touch in an atmosphere that resembles a peaceful retreat. The modalities used will be customized to fit the needs and choices of individual clients with the end goal of feeling rejuvenated and able to breathe more deeply as they leave.
Other personal interests include cycling, running, outdoor activities, strength training, and spending time with her husband and three boys.
Beth graduated from Ivy Tech Community College with an AAS degree in Massage Therapy. Her specialties include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, hot stone, vacuum cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization. She looks forward to continuing to educate herself so she may better benefit her clients.
Beth was born and raised in the Chicago area, moved to Indiana in 2003, and in August of 2017 was finally able to call Colorado home! She and her husband love the outdoors and spend a lot of their free time snowboarding, hiking through the mountains or exploring new places.
Beth is also a certified personal trainer and currently teaches BootCamp and BodyPump at the Littleton Family YMCA.
She was born and raised in Arvada, CO, and some of her favorite things to do are based upon what our beautiful state has to offer. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and enjoying live music.
In addition, Ashley works at Davita and is pursuing a communications degree in her spare time!
She brings a blend of modalities to the table in order to help each client’s structure become more balanced, allowing for more efficient function. Her personal experience with injuries and illness helped her gain a deeper understanding of the body’s capacity to heal. We don’t always get back to 100%, but her goal is to get you as close as possible.
It is her desire to use her skills to be the change that she wants to see in the world! She states, “We treat each other better when we are not living with constant pain. I believe massage therapy is a healthy way to create a happier life and world.”
